Privacy Notice

NOMOS performs read-only, inbound verification. It never receives your seed or private key and never holds custody. No registration, e-mail or account is required. Your IP is used only transiently for rate-limiting and is never persisted in full. The public verification receipt shows only a redacted payer address — never your full wallet address. No third-party analytics cookies are used. The only cookie is a strictly-necessary, short-lived session cookie (Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict) set when you start the pilot; it is stored server-side only as a keyed hash and never appears in URLs or logs. The XRP Ledger is public: once you sign, the transaction and its SourceTag are visible on-chain.

Pilot Terms

This is a limited technical product pilot on the XRP Ledger Mainnet — not an investment, security, token sale, deposit, or regulated financial service. You sign every transaction yourself in your own wallet; NOMOS never signs or takes custody. The amount is fixed and small (0.1 XRP) and shown before any payment request is created. Payments are on-chain and normally final — no refund is offered or promised. Each wallet may complete the pilot once; this rollout closes automatically after five successful external participants. The receipt is technical evidence only — not regulatory approval, legal/investment advice, or any promise of reward or "active user" status. Do not participate if it is unlawful in your jurisdiction.

Safety Information

NOMOS will never ask for your seed, secret key, recovery phrase, or Xaman credentials — never enter them anywhere in this flow. You review every field (amount, destination, DestinationTag, InvoiceID, SourceTag) inside your own Xaman wallet before you sign. If anything looks wrong, do not sign. Only the exact amount shown will be requested. NOMOS cannot move your funds and cannot sign on your behalf.
