Verification · Governance · Evidence layer for AI agents
Verify AI agents before they act.
NOMOS checks identity, authority, risk, policy and evidence before an agent performs a payment, invokes a sensitive tool or interacts with another agent.
For agent builders, RWA & payment platforms, and compliance & risk teams.
Public demo · advisory only · no execution
01
Agents can act. But can they prove they are allowed to?
Modern AI agents move at machine speed across tools, value and other agents. The missing layer is proof — before the action, not after.
An agent can
- call APIs and tools
- spend money
- submit transactions
- exchange sensitive data
- interact with external agents
- act at machine speed
But often cannot prove
- who the agent is
- what it is authorized to do
- which policy applies
- whether the evidence is sufficient
- why the decision was reached
02
What NOMOS verifies
Five checks before an agent is allowed to act.
03
Risk is not Evidence
NOMOS scores two things, separately.
Risk
How dangerous, sensitive or policy-relevant the proposed action may be.
Evidence
How complete, current, consistent and traceable the basis of the assessment is.
Not dangerous, but the basis is too thin — review or require more evidence.
Strong evidence confirms the danger — block or route to human review.
Dangerous and unproven — block or require more evidence.
Risk measures potential harm. Evidence measures how strong and traceable the assessment basis is. Low risk with weak evidence still requires review.
04
How NOMOS produces a decision
Source → Evidence → Risk & Policy → Decision → Verifiable Record.
For regulated or irreversible actions the outcome is human review required — NOMOS routes the decision, it does not self-authorize. Not every public demo output is cryptographically signed.

Three moments NOMOS checks first
Concrete “before X” situations — with the demo boundary stated.
Live scenario
Agent Payment Preflight
Before an agent initiates a payment or uses a paid tool, NOMOS checks identity, authority, spending policy, counterparty risk and evidence sufficiency.
Boundary: the public demo does not execute the payment. States: ALLOW · REVIEW · BLOCK.
Evidence review
RWA / Stablecoin Evidence Review
Before an internal review, NOMOS organizes sources, freshness, evidence coverage, risk signals and the decision rationale into a review-ready view.
Boundary: NOMOS supports the review. It does not issue a compliance verdict.
Trust check
Third-Party Agent Trust
Before integrating an external agent, surface its identity, declared scope, grade and verification status — instead of trusting a self-description.
Proof: a public Trust Passport, with BETA and UNVERIFIED shown openly. Not a certification.
07
A verifiable trust record for AI agents
What a Trust Passport is — and what it is not.
A NOMOS Trust Passport is a verifiable agent assessment credential — not a certification or regulatory approval.
Public Passport snapshot — verify the current state below. Passport ID pass_b26c61f7279f9e4cbe55c9242bbd691c
Production refers to the live verification environment. It does not mean verified or certified status.
What the status means
- BETA — the passport lifecycle state; interpret it as displayed.
- UNVERIFIED — how much independent verification was performed; shown openly, not hidden.
- NOT_REVOKED_IN_CURRENT_REGISTRY — no revocation was recorded in the current registry at verification time.
What it does not mean
- Not a certification
- Not a guarantee of legal compliance
- Not a general safety guarantee
- Not a guarantee of future agent behaviour
- Limited to the stated scope and verification time

What this public interface does — and does not — do
The public interface is advisory and read-only. No payment, signature or settlement is executed, and no regulatory approval is issued. Regulated or irreversible actions are routed to human review.
NOMOS supports decisions. It does not replace legal responsibility, regulatory approval or accountable human review.
